Why We Started

We realized there was no one providing genuine advocacy for merchants — only salespeople working for their own gain. Merchants need to focus on running their business, not becoming experts in payment processing, interchange rates, and equipment decisions.

We saw widespread gray areas, hidden fees, and unnecessary monthly charges across the industry. Sales reps would sign a merchant and disappear. Nobody was explaining the statements. Nobody was comparing options. Nobody was fighting for better rates when volume changed.

So we started FinCo to be different. We built a company around being the merchant's advocate — transparent on pricing, advisory on hardware and software, and always acting in the merchant's best interest. Our people aren't sales reps.
